Which shaft do you suggest to obtain a true regular flex after being installed in the Titleist R head?

Reshafting AP2 Irons
A couple of the other shafts I tried left me completely lost, hitting shanks or fat with no consistency. Several functions may not work.
My previous set was an older set of AP2 with Reshafr 5. Im not saying that I think everyone should do it but I was taught golf by a pretty oldschool guy a former combat medic during WW2 to be exact and Ive always liked the practice. What’s the minimum shaft length to make it 45″ standard driver without any butt extension?
Just got it installed and cant wait to hit it! The old shaft will act as the plug and you will end up titeist the intended flex. I would try them lighter swing weight first then if you are not happy add lead tape until they feel and perform for you.

Right now my game is crazy mixed up but it is between the ears. Will the XP95 shafts screw up the titlekst weight of the AP2 irons? There’s a plug type thing that you can get from golfsmith for the end of the shaft and that’s pretty much the only difference. I tend to disagree. I probably had no business buying the AP2’s in the first place as a 70 year old, handicap golfer, but I wanted a heavier shaft with stiff flex to control my ball flight and direction.
